Check your device settings. See if you've given your browser permission to use the camera and microphone.
Also check if other programs (Example: Skype) are using your camera in the background.
Some indicators to know if your camera is being used:
On the computer, a small spot of light comes on next to the camera;
In the Google Chrome browser, click on the “lock” icon next to the address bar and check the permission status.
If it is identified that the problem is not related to your equipment / hardware, please report the case to us at support@jobecam.com.
If possible, print your screen and inform which device and browser you are using so that help is quick.
